Welcome! My name is Amy Barilla and I operate the Anne Penman Center in Las Vegas. I’m certified by Anne Penman as a Laser Technician and since 2005, have been treating clients with laser therapy. It's with great enthusiasm that I share my personal story. I was over 30 and found myself 30 plus pounds overweight. I was not a happy camper. Sweets were my poison. I had to have them all the time. I knew I had to do something to drop the excess weight since I was getting married and I wanted to be in the best possible shape for my wedding day. I incorporated a balanced program that consisted of proper nutrition, exercise and laser treatments also helped me regain control. To date, I am 36 pounds lighter and I feel terrific.

Anne Penman and her husband Ron were both heavy smokers for over twenty years and didn't seriously try to quit until Ron's health became a major issue in 1987 when he had his first heart attack at the age of 39. He was advised by his heart specialist to stop smoking immediately. They both made a few half-hearted attempts to quit without success. Ron's health continued to deteriorate and in 1991, he suffered a major heart attack which left him hospitalized for 12 weeks and resulted in a triple bypass operation. Ron has been a non-smoker ever since. This was the final wake up call for Anne and after trying all the methods available at that time, she discovered Laser Therapy. Anne quit her 60-cigarettes-a-day habit on the 19th of April 1991. She quickly developed a passion to help other smokers who felt as hopeless as she had and in 1991, trained as a Laser Therapist and thereafter began to develop her own program.

After Anne opened her first center in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1992, it fueled her passion to offer this unique program to the masses. She has been training technicians in her method for over 15 years. Her program has been available in the United States since 2003. The Anne Penman team will work hard to help make your transition into a non-smoking lifestyle as trouble-free as possible.
